Deputy Director/Communications E911 Communications; Salary: $52,634 (Grade 72); Position number: 724001 The individual will have a minimum of five years increasingly responsible professional experience in an Emergency Communications Center at a supervisor level role or above. A bachelor's degree is highly preferred. NC 911 Management Certification or ability complete within a reasonable period; any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. Possession of a valid North Carolina Driver License. Emergency Medical Dispatch certification/re-certification as required by the National Academy of Emergency Medical Dispatch. Emergency Telecommunicator Dispatch certification/re-certification as required by the National Academy of Emergency Dispatch.
