Fire Marshal/Assistant Emergency Management Director Performs intermediate protective service work conducting fire code inspections, enforcing fire codes, coordinating fire prevention program, investigating fire code related complaints, and related work as apparent or assigned. Work is performed under the moderate supervision of the Emergency Management Director. Coordinates county-wide emergency management training with state and local emergency services. Provides technical assistance and information to County emergency services, elected officials and the general public. Responds to natural and man-made disasters.
